Shipping

We ship packages using Korea e-parcel.

Your package can be returned or discarded if your address is wrong or they can’t get an answer from the receiver. Please be sure your address and phone number available. All address should be written in English as the system can read English only. We are not liable for the package for the wrong information error.

We start shipping in 2-7 business days once order and payment have confirmed(excluding pre-order products)

 Please be noted that shipping delays can be occurred by the shipping company’s situation, inevitable accident, or climate.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment with tracking number.

ALL CUSTOM FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

exchange/refund 

-Please check and make sure the item/size/shipping information again before the order confirmed. After placing an order, a receipt will be mailed confirming purchase details. If you want to change your shipping address after shipping, extra fees might be applied.

Some items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. (Please check the detailed information)

- We’ll refund or resend after product checking procedures, It’ll take a few days after being arrived. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed in their original condition in our original package. (all original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup, or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear the fabric.)

-Package must arrive at our office within 30 days of the order date.

- All the returning/exchanging costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

- We do not accept damaged, worn, washed, unpacked, untagged pieces.If it ain’t in the same condition just like the way we sent it before,we can send it back after you pay the shipping fee for exchange/refund.(including when we find any hair, makeup marks, or perfume suspicious/ including it ain’t packed with our poly bag.)

- If a product you have received has a problem, please let us know within 30 days from the date received through our e-mail account / our site Q&A.

- Please let us know first if you want to return or exchange your order. (DO NOT RETURN/EXCHANGE BEFOREHAND)

- We reserve the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Rejected items will be discarded and refunded partially.- we offer a free exchange in case you get the wrong items.
